Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access or use the Service.

Using Spindlie.com

As a part of your use of Spindlie.com, you may be asked to provide information about yourself, such as contact details, name, email address and telephone number. This information is only for administrative purposes by Spindlie. Your information is never shared with, or sold to anyone outside of Spindlie.

No method of safeguarding information is 100% secure. Spindlie.com uses a variety of security technologies to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Spindlie.com secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Spindlie does not collect or store any credit card or payment details information.

Credit Usage

As a free user, you are gifted a certain number of credits for use to access all the Services to ensure that Spindlie Seervices meet your needs. The credits never expire, and if and when the credits have been used, you will have the option to buy more credits to continue to access Spindlie Services. Purchased credit balances in your account never expire.

User Access

You may access the account with the same single login from 2 computers. The primary registrant is wholly responsible for the account, adherence to the these Terms of Use and for credit usage.

If repeated attempts are made to access and use Spindlie from multiple computers and from multiple IPs concurrently, we reserve the right to close and delete the account at our discretion.

Data Collection and Data Loss

We do not see or collect any user data. It is your responsibility to ensure that your data is stored on your computer, or in any application outside to Spindlie. We are not responsible for data loss, or for credit usage as a result of data loss.

Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to protect data owned by us and to track usage in various ways in order to determine whether accounts have been accessed, and used in an unauthorized fashion, and whether any attempts at data theft have been carried out by means of attempting to use data scrapers, robots or via any other human or non-human actions designed to scrape data.

Multiple login attempts from multiple computers from multiple IPs will result in the termination of the account, at our discretion and without any refunds.

Any attempt to use and access data for any purpose other than for the intended purpose of creating content by the user will result in the immediate termination of the account, at our discretion, without notice and without a refund.

Terms of Refund

Spindlie.com offers a free membership without an expiry date, and without any expiry of credits. The free membership includes a sufficient amount of credits to access and use all Spindlie services to ensure that Spindlie Services meet your needs and requirements prior to the purchase of credits to continue the use of Services.

Credits can be only be purchased following free registration with full access to all Services, content, training, templates and tutorials as a free user.

Purchased credits do not expire, and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN for any credit purchases.

The 30 Day Results Guarantee

We guarantee that you will be able to reduce your content creation time by 85% in 30 days if you follow the training prescribed under the heading "Content Production Training".

Each step, as prescribed in the training must be followed in order, using the provided templates. On completion of the creation of the library, in the event of a claim for payment, we reserve the right to:

Request proof of the fact that you have followed the training, which may include, but is not limited to, files you have used, time and date stamp screenshots of work progression, proof and reference of content sources used, proof and reference of spintax review before it was finalized in your database, our verification that your spintax is of the quality taught in the training and is of "converting quality" for use on business websites, list of the original content, broken out as prescribed in the training, and use of Spindlie Credits on record in your dashboard to complete the work.

The benchmark of the reduction in content creation time by 85% is as follows. It is based on:

(a) The creation of a single 750 word article
(b) The article is specific to a business
(c) The article is specific to a geographic location
(d) the article is specific to a service type
(e) The article contains 2 images and 2 links embedded into the content
(f) The article is complete with html
(g) The spintax for the article also contains the required html
(h) The spintax has been edited and corrected to meet "conversion quality" standards for the content to be used on primary business web pages.

To complete the above work in full, based on our research and experience, the average time required by an experienced content writer is 12.5 hours. An 85% reduction in total time, using the content database created during training will result in a total content creation and preparation time of 1.875 hours.

We reserve the right to use 3rd services to verify the quality of the spintax within your library to ensure it meets the standards as explicitly prescribed in the training.

As determined by us, or by a 3rd part we may engage, any deviation from the training will render the guarantee null and void.
